TroubleshootingIf the headset cannot establish connection with mobile phone, please check:Make sure the Bluetooth headset has been paired with the phone & it is in the paired device list.The Bluetooth function in phone is activated.The distance between the phone and Bluetooth headset within 10 meters & there is no obstacle between the two devices.If the Bluetooth headset still cannot establish connection, delete it from the paired device list, then repeat the pairing process again.
