Products distributed by BNM may be entitled to free repair service during the warranty period. For the period of warranty upon purchase, please check the package label or make enquiry to us.
Repair is valid provided that
1) purchase proof which would clearly show the date of purchase and point of sale details ;
2) warranty sticker / maintenance certificate; and
3) product to be repaired.
** We will not provide repair service for Premium Item / Gift Item / Accessories (such as USB charging cable / replaceable cable which is sold alone) or items for which free warranty period has expired. **
You may use your courier company to send back us the defective item, together with the above mentioned documents. Upon receipt, BNM shall issue a repair note to your courier representative, which is the sole evidence for collecting back your repaired unit. Sender has to prepay all the courier / stamp charges, as we are not accepting any freight collect item.
You may also hand-carry your defective item to our service centre, which details are as below.
